With this adjustment layer, you can adjust the hue (color), saturation, and lightness of a specific range of colors in your image.

A quick mask is a temporary mask in which you can add or subtract from the mask. The color (red by default) differentiates between protected and unprotects areas in your image. When you exit quick mask mode, the unprotected areas become a selection.
