Hi Radevski,
What you want to do then is mask out the parts you don't want to be affected.
All adjustment layers come with masks, so just click on the white box next to the hue & sat adj layer and paint in with black the parts you want to keep unaffected.
If you want the object to be a specific CMYK color, the easiest way is to open up a small blank image and fill it in with your CMYK color, then eyeball the settings in the hue & sat layer to match.
If you want to be exact about it, it'll take a bit more effort, but you basically follow the steps of the Match Color of Objects tutorials (parts 1 and 2). Here's the link to them:

hi there,
so what i'm needing to do is this:
i'm starting out with a RGB photo of a garment (in this case a tank top), and I need to color the garment to match a CMYK build that corresponds to a Pantone color. So the garment can't be a flat color; it needs to show the folds, highlights, etc. so it looks like a garment.
Do you still think it will work if I follow what the video, parts 1 & 2, says?
thanks a lot!!
