The variations command allows you to change the color balance, contrast and saturation of an image. It shows you thumbnail alternatives of each adjustment so you can see how an adjustment would look. This is a really good tool to correct white balance.

Just looked at my PS CS5 ̣( it is extended though). Found variations. Look under image, then adjustments and you will find it way down the list.
